Comprised of souls hailing from the infernal legions of Wolvennest, Dolch, Putrid Offal, and Oerheks/Aerdryk, and fronted by Muzah — a well-marked figure of the Brussels underworld — this fivefold covenant of ruin now prepares to unleash their self-titled debut unto the world, through the grim offices of AntiBody, a label born likewise of that same forlorn soil.These are no choirboys, but rather five wayward spirits bound by a shared appetite for sonic defilement and elegant disorder. For those whose ears are attuned to the blight of Craft or the ancient wrath of Darkthrone — wherein black metal is stirred with the venom of punk — the terrain shall not be wholly uncharted. Yet make no mistake: Spada Intraesofagea strikes not with brutish force alone, but with the spiteful cunning of a wounded age.
